The rates are quoted per person and inclusive of accommodation, all meals, drinks receptions on 24th and 26th December, entertainment and VAT. On Boxing Day the rate includes a choice of either Lunch at Charlton House, or Transport to/from Wincanton, Coffee on arrival, Lunch in the Hatherleigh Suite, access to the paddock, Winners' enclosure, race card and full access to the race course or Transport to/from Bath, tickets for the Pantomime at The Theatre Royal, Bath.

• We reserve the right to change the programme without prior notice.
• Pantomime tickets are provided subject to availability - it is therefore recommended that clients advise us of their requirements as early as possible.
• A deposit of 25% of the total cost will be required to secure your booking with the balance due by 1st December 2003. The deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room.
• We are happy to cater for any special diets throughout your stay but would appreciate prior notice.
• Children under the age of 12 and sharing their parents' room will be charged at £25.00 per night plus meals taken.
• A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your final account.
